Event Volunteer Opportunities:
- Set Up Crew: You'll provide a variety of set up assistance, from adding signage to setting up check in table to tidying up. Active role that requires resourcefulness and ability to pivot.
- Registration: Do you have great people skills AND great computer skills? This might be your perfect role! You'll welcome guests, check them in, and provide a bid number.
- Raffle and Games: Partner with a friend to sell Raffle Tickets. You MUST be comfortable initiating contact and engaging with guests. Charm, humor, and ability to accurately read people a must!
- Data Entry: You'll be responsible for entering sales into Greater Giving throughout the night as the auction closes. Exceptional computer skills and accuracy are required.
- Item Pick Up: You'll need your best packing skills as you bundle the auction packages for transport.
- Checkout: You'll check guests out and provide them with a receipt for any purchases they made that night. Good computer and people skills needed.
- Clean Up Crew: Help us clean up the venue and organize event items.
