Where and when is the Golden Hour Gala taking place?
The Golden Hour Gala will be held on Sunday, March 15th at The Oregon Golf Club, located at 25700 SW Petes Mountain Rd., West Linn, OR 97068. The event starts at 5:00 PM and will conclude at approximately 8:00 PM.

How do I register for the Golden Hour Gala?
Advance registration is required for The Golden Hour Gala. This ensures we can reserve your spot and accommodate your meal selection. You can register online by clicking here or contact Kristina Gershom (admin@rayofhopeportraits.org) for assistance.

Is parking available at the venue?
Yes, ample parking is available on-property free of charge.

Is there a dress code for the event?
Yes, we are encouraging formal evening attire. Touches of gold or rich sunset hues are encouraged. Additionally, men are required to wear collared shirts at the venue.

Will I receive a ticket to the event?
Physical tickets will not be issued. By purchasing a ticket or a sponsorship, your name and the names of your guests will be added to our attendees list - simply check in when you arrive at the event!

Will food and beverages be provided?
Yes! Your registration includes hors d'oeuvres during the cocktail hour, as well as a plated meal and complimentary beverages. Please ensure you have made your plated menu selection before March 1st. Gluten free, dairy free, and vegetarian options are available. 

How do I participate if I am not attending the Golden Hour Gala in person?
Those not attending in person are invited to participate in our virtual auction and/or make a donation in support of the event. Our virtual auction will open Friday, March 13th and close Sunday, March 15th between 6:00 - 6:30 PM. Bid high on restaurants & dining, travel & getaways, and pampering packages no matter where you are!

To make a donation in support of the event, under “Registration”, scroll down to “I would like to make a donation” and choose your custom amount. No registration is required to donate!

We encourage you to invite your friends and family to attend the live event, virtual auction, or to make a donation in support of Ray of Hope’s mission.

Will there be a live auction at the gala?
Yes! We are excited to highlight several live auction packages in the program!

If I win an auction package, how do I pick up that package?
If you are the highest bidder in the online auction, you will be notified by email. Packages can be picked up at a designated area at the end of the event for those attending in person.

For remote bidders, pickup will be available on a designated date (TBD) OR shipping at your expense (Note: Alcohol cannot be shipped!).
